AUBURN HAWTHORN EAST

This renovation began with a challenge: honour the existing architectural intent while bringing the design back within budget—without sacrificing quality or warmth. Working with our full design and construction team, we reworked the layout to create a generous two-storey home that now features a new kitchen, study, laundry, and courtyard, along with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and reimagined living spaces.

Original details were thoughtfully retained, while contemporary finishes, warm textures, and sustainable elements brought new life to this once-outdated home. The result is a functional, beautiful residence that balances old and new—carefully tailored to the family’s lifestyle, and built to last.
